Curious if anybody has run into this code and fixed it? I don't have any symptoms or issues to really go on - car runs fine and everything works. This CEL comes on, I clear it, and it comes back on after a few miles. Sometimes it goes out by itself. Its been off and on for the last 10k miles or so.

B1325 - control mod power circuit - low voltage.

Any thoughts on where to start?

You have a low voltage problem that could be caused by an assortment of issues. Can't guess what it is without a someone running tests as defined in factory shop manual.

X2 on the possible bad battery. 10 minutes or more after shutting it off, put a multi-meter on the battery posts. If it reads 12.6 or lower the battery is bad. That can cause all sorts of CELs and dash messages. If you can't test it yourself, have it done at a shop (not a parts store!) for a proper diagnosis.

My old '08 Sierra went into limp mode when the battery took a dump. It listed about 10-12 codes.
