Backup Camera is black

Hello,

I have a 2015 Buick Encore and my backup camera is black but I can still see the guidelines. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Others on the forum have had the same problem and the only answer is to take it to the dealer so far, you may want to Google it and see if there is any other suggestions.
