Bad experience at Certified Buick Service

I scheduled service at Certified Buick Dealership to change oil and address a few minor issues (interior light in a door handle was not working). Today I picked up my 2017 LaCrosse with wheel damage and scratched upholstery. (they also scratched plastic under the hood, did not put sticker when to change oil next time).

They agreed to fix the wheel, but not immediately - I have to wait for them to call me to schedule an appointment.

Any recommendations where to service Buick next time? I am in the Bay Area (Palo Alto, CA).
