Bad Ground? 2014 Encore

Car cranks once or twice slowly then stops. Battery has 12.6v, changed starter, took serpentine belt off and checked all pulleys move freely, turned crank by hand and it was smooth. Checked starter relays and fuses. Should I be chasing a bad ground connection? Possible bad battery testing good? When I jump it it cranks 4-5 times before it dies but still slow crank.

Wife said she started it fine in the driveway after it sat for 5 days. Took it to store, came out and it struggled. Waited a couple mins and tried again and it started. Drove it 3 miles and went to start it again and it wouldn’t.
