its in the instrument panel just to the right of the glovebox as referenced in 2007LucerneCXL's diagram picture; you have to take out the door sill plate, lower kick panel trim (GM calls it the "Body Hinge Pillar Trim") and the lower insulator panel below the glovebox to get to it. to access the BCM Harness to Body harness connectors (connectors C325 and C326), you have to partially peel back the carpet in that area to expose them.
