Bluetooth not working

Hi everyone, I am having issue with my 2013 Buick Regal GS Bluetooth connectivity. For instance when I turn Bluetooth on in my phone (iPhone 12 pro max) the car shows the little icon saying that it is connected but when I got to the press on the Bluetooth tab it is grayed out. I have been having this issue for a while but it hasn’t been this bad before. Does anyone know how to fix that? Or is there an after market radio that I can buy?
 
Not sure on your problem but others have done a full uninstall and started with a fresh pairing. Checking VCIM is working properly may be something to consider.
 
I did what LucerneCXL suggested, and it worked for me.

I had trouble connecting to the Bluetooth with my iPhone 12 Pro.
When I checked in settings, for some reason mine was showing 2 iPhones.
Mine should have been the only iPhone listed, there were 0 phones listed
when I originally set it up.

There hasn't even been anyone in in my Regal with another iPhone with
the exception of my Last Phone, iPhone 7!
Before setting up my iPhone 12 Pro, I had removed the iPhone 7 in settings.

Anyway, since removing Both Phones that showed up and then letting the
system find my iPhone 12 Pro again; I haven't had any problems with it
connecting.
