I have a 2010 LaCrosse. Recently I noticed that my smartphone was staying connected to the LaCrosse's Bluetooth long after the ignition was switched off. I park the car, go into my house or where I work, and I can't use the phone because it is talking through the car's Bluetooth! The only workaround is to turn off the phone's Bluetooth. Anybody seen this one?

Tom,
If I'm talking on my phone when I turn the engine off and exit the car (2011), the radio system will stay on and stay connected to the phone. However if I'm not on the phone when I get out, then the radio system will shut off when I open the door. Check to see that your radio shuts off when you open the door without the phone being active. If it doesn't turn itself off when the door is opened, that's your problem.
BTW, the book says that the phone will work up to 30'.
