Buick verano has rough idle and in reduce engine power mode

My 2013 Buick verano was in reduce engine power and rough idle 2 days after an oil change at the dealership. When I open the hood I seen that the small hose from the air intake cover was busted, so I replaced the hose and air intake cover and it is doing the same. It seems like it is starving for fuel, and It is throwing codes for P0016, P0017, and P0089. The oil is not clear as it should after an oil change. Has anyone else had this same issue?

Try replacing your high pressure fuel pump. Had the same issue on mine up until I swapped it. Replacing it yourself can seem a bit much but it isn't as bad as it seems.
