Changing Out Radio Receiver on 95 LeSabre with Concert Sound II

I am relatively new to car audio and I am attempting to replace the OEM radio receiver in my 1995 Buick LeSabre with a Sony CDX-GT11W. My car has the standard Concert Sound II system and I am not looking to replace any of the speakers yet as I am working with a relatively low budget and I would simply like a newer radio receiver with a CD player and auxiliary input. I have already taken apart the dashboard and removed the old radio receiver but I am not quite sure how to rewire the receiver circuitry that went to the OEM Receiver to fit the aftermarket Sony receiver. The Sony receiver uses the Sony 16-pin wiring harness and the OEM receiver uses the standard 32-pin Delco harness. Any input is appreciated.
