I have a 2002. When I got it , two years ago (only 115K miles!). The only fan settings that worked were Lo and Hi (and off 🙂 ). A/C and heat work fine. Suddenly none of the fan positions work. Fortunately the heat works and can diffuse around without blowing.
My first thought is that it is the climate control module. Is there any chance that I can repair this? Should I just buy a replacement climate control module? Is there something else that fits these symptoms?
