I just completed the installation of the Cruize Kit intake manifold repair of missing check valve on my 2017 Buick Encore with 60K. I reset the learn cycle of the transmission, put in 93 octane from Costco and have been driving slightly more aggressively and I feel like I have a much more responsive car. Not sure if it’s all in my imagination but I’m enjoying driving it more than I did prior to the repair and transmission reset.
I am now looking at the cooling system with its know weaknesses. In the event I start experiencing a cooling system leak I intend to replace all the components that are prone to failure. I ask anyone who has gone through this, what should I replace and are there upgraded parts to replace them with other than factory parts?
