I have a 2006 Buick lucerne cxs with the 4.6 northstar it died on my wife so I decided to have a look at it and found the f23 ecm/crank fuse blown in the engine bay fuse block I put a new 30a fuse in had her turn the key on and it instantly blew the fuse what do I need to look for and what all does the f23 ecm/crank fuse run
