Customize System Tray: Infotainment System 3

We just bought a 2021 Buick Envision Avenir with the Infotainment System 3. At the bottom of the screen are 4 app icon shortcuts and I want to customize that. I want to add the cameras app down. I've been Google searching, looked through the owner's manual, and even searched this forum, but I cannot find the answer. Is the tray seriously not customizable?

Best guess is that it can't be done*. The software is supposed to be 'open source' but that doesn't translate to 'easy-to-find'. A couple of forum users have actually gotten into both the 'developers access mode' & then the directory--but since the software inside is compiled (in other words 'machine code') it's next to impossible to find the graphics and/or the entry points to the software modules to reposition/add features.

*OK--anything can be done in hardware/software, but it 'ain't goin' to be easy or cheap'.
