dash lights inop

I have a 2002 lesabre. the dash lights, under hood light and license light don't work. I have checked all fuses and licensce plate bulbs. all good. Any suggestions?

For the hood and tag lights:

• Wires chewed? Chafed?
• Harness unplugged somewhere?

For the dash lights: Backlighting uses incandescent bulbs soldered to the PCB and are probably burned out. The "important" lights for alerts are LEDs and probably still work just fine.
