Does it look bad?

I'm wondering if anything is catastrophically wrong with this, recent high-mileage oil change, wondering why its oily here. Let me know if I left anything out.

Are you losing coolant? How many miles on the engine? Has the Upper Intake Manifold ever been replaced?

Could be bad but also how long has this been like that. It could be years of buildup or driving usage. If the car is only used for 10minute drives and never really long drives the oil will never rid itself of condensation and that will happen. Also a clogged pvc valve can do it to. Re cheap conventional oil will do it. I would clean it good, change the pvc valve and oil,filter change with good oil. Then keep a eye on it

not loosing coolant, 270k miles, not to my knowledge , but its used ive owned it 3 yrs

when i bought it was oily like that, its got high mileage oil in it + new filter

Typical LIM gasket leaks, end valley seals, or valve cover leaks during the last 18-yrs of use. BTW, looking @ the oil fill cap, it appears you have coolant in the oil.
