Does this look normal? Or not so much?

Hello! This is my oil filler tube.... is it just me or does it look like the gasket is shredded and like the whole thing is coming loose? Almost as if it's being push out?! And obv you can see the amount of oil all around the edges. Yes, I have realized, that i need toreplace the valve cover so far... (thanks to all of your previous posts - SO HELPFUL SO THANK YOU ALL!!)) Thanks for checking this out for me too!
