So I started playing CDs in my car. The sound quality is way better than Bluetooth streaming . However, the past few days I've been having trouble playing discs. It's giving an E20 code . Has anyone had this problem before ?
P.S. it's the Concert Sound 2 stereo .

For a CD player, E20 typically signals a CD read error, often caused by a dirty laser lens or mechanical issues, which can be fixed by cleaning the lens, checking the disc, or resetting the player.

Thank you. How do you reset the player ? Remove the disc and pop it back in ?

Haven't used mine in years. Try a cd cleaner like Maxell CD-340 CD Lens cleaner. mine is sitting in a box in the garage. If that one is not available anymore make sure the one you buy plays music when cleaning, If not your player will eject it. To clean the actual cd's use a 50/50 mix of alcohol and filtered water or buy a spray cd cleaner, To reset the car cd radio pull the fuse for 10 seconds. This will also erase all your preset stations also. Do the cleaning first.

I have some spare needles so the head will track on the CD better.
