Electrical issues need help

So on my Lucerne 4.6l doesnt start intermittently if i have someone push down on the relays (under hood fuse box) while I crank the car will start right up but the a/c doesnt blow cold if i push and hold down on the relays the a/c kicks on and works. put a code reader on it and it came back with THESE CODES, C0550-00,U0140-00,UO122-00 also on my DIC I get traction control stabilitylink and ABS waring light as well Not sure what to do next though any suggestions
