Electronic fuel injection throttle body for a 3.8L 2006 Lacrosse?

For a 2006 Lacrosse 3.6L, there are plenty to be found: RockAuto, PartsGeek, major auto parts chains . . .
Where do you find one for a 2006 3.8L? Besides these place above, have also checked eBay, FB Marketplace, etc.
For AC Delco it is a part no GM 19420718. For a Cardone aftermarket it is a 6E-3023.

A local Advance Auto called Cardone and they had none in stock and couldn't tell me whether they were still manufacturing it or not.

Replying here as well as my other thread, but I was able to find a reman on eBay.

Besides eBay, It appears also Standard Motor Products has a store on Amazon where they sell remans for the 3.8. At the same time I’m confused as it says they will be available within the first week of September. So are they really available? Makes me think they are coming from China.

Also, I did talk this morning to a rep with Spectra Performance in Canada who indicated they still manufacture them (or get from China) but said their anticipated delivery was not until late-October. Regardless, for the time though hard to get at least they are still in production.

I have the same issue . 2008 Lacrosse CX 3.8 with 61,000 miles and the throttle body needs to replacing. I have had zero luck finding a new one.
