Just bought a 2001 buick lesabre, my front left tire is tilted outward at the top after getting alignment?

everything thats been done to the car since buying;
rear pass side Caliper
Front pass lower control arm
Brakes bled
Pass sway bar link
both outter tire rods
tires balanced
both front struts
*front pass tire wasn't that out alignment if it was after struts, but driver front tire top was tilted outward drastically after replacing struts
*Got alignment right after struts and driver side tire seemed normal.

After driving 150-200 miles theres a poping/clunking noise coming from front driver side.
*noise started here and there turning, then gradually more often till almost constantly hitting bumps, braking, accelerating
Can feel driver front tire pulling/pushing outward as driving? Can also feel play start to gradually happen driving.

Would the driver side lower control arm be responsible?
or should i loosen the lower strut bolts and some how push in wheel assembly then tighten?

Stop driving the vehicle as anything in the steering suspension that is not working properly is unsafe for you and other drivers.

Bring the vehicle to another qualified service shop for a full inspection on current parts and new installation parts.

Not being on site or having any photos it's a guess on what part(s) could be at fault or if it's a poor installation by a shop.

I agree, it does not seem like the shop did the work correctly. It would be interesting to see a printout of the angles before and after, if provided.

To the OP steering and brake components shouldn't be ignored until they get worse. It's like having your house on fire and thinking it's ok to sit inside and wait until something else happens LOL.

The car had a lot of front end work. The clicking and popping could be many things and it's easy to blame the shop that worked on it, but getting another shop involved will do nothing more than complicate things with another opinion and cost you more money. I think it's best to give the shop that worked on it before a chance to look at it again. It could be a new problem, a loose bolt, or a mechanics error. I had a recent experience of a shop that aligned my car by installing a camber kit. The mechanic took a short cut and didn't install the bracket keeping the brake line in place. It was likely a rooky mistake by a young mechanic who hadn't had enough come backs to learn his lesson. Of course the brake line got cut since it was flopping around which was quite a surprise. When I informed the shop they accepted responsibility and fixed it.
