Buick Ownership
2015 Encore
Hi, I am 2015 buick owner of 104,111mi bought it with 42,500mi.

Currently I have had to change my Purge Valve than month or so I had to change my Mass air flow sensor (MAF), then a few days later the Manifold absolute Pressure sensor (MAP) I Drove my Buick for ten minutes the Sputtering and rough idling went away i parked it for the night. This morning I started my car and the P0171 code was reading. My Vavle cover needs to be replaced. I check the hole on the cover and air is blowing out. I am waiting on my torque wrench and im going to cross check the torque on the bolts for cover. Currently 89 inch/lbs or 7ft/lbs. Question is there any other sensor throughout my fuel and air system that I can do some prevent maintenance. Or if there a way to check senor puting off low volt and/or any special cleaner I could use? Or things to avoid?

The correct torque for plastic valve cover is 71 inch/LBS. The correct torque is 71 inch/LBS anything higher then that will crack plastic valve cover
