Funky electrical issues - 2011 CXS

I upgraded to the GPS radio and touch screen about 3 months ago. I love the upgrade and it was working great. Suddenly a few days ago, I started to notice small strange electric issues. The key fob showing as not in car, while driving or parking!! (yes I changed FOB battery immediately. it does it on both remotes) . The car saying "place in park" when it is in park and won't shut down. The HUD going from bright to dim and back to bright. Very slow to change headlights from night to day on a very bright day.

The strangest was the other night. I had remotely started the vehicle. I got in and pushed the start button. The engine turned off! The gages reset and all lights were active. It was as if the car thought is was running when it was not. I tried everything. I finally got out of the car, closed the doors, and locked it. All lights went off. I got back in and it started normally.

Any ideas? FYI....I did replace the car battery about 6 months ago. Amp meter reads 14.4 to 15.3 all the time.

Voltmeter. And, if I were to guess, the guys that did your install, did not crimp something properly, etc. This is why I do all of my own work

It's any guess, but it's obviously a loose connection, or something rubbing.

Everything has to come back out sadly. Take it back to the installer, and tell them to fix it. I'm sure they warrantied their work.
