Good evening,

My generator light on my 73 Boattail comes on when the car is parked and drains the battery. Research indicates it could be the voltage regulator however I can’t seem to find one. Any guidance?

That's because your car uses an internally regulated alternator. The regulator is inside the alternator. You may have a bad diode in the alternator, which could cause your continuous drain. Buy an alternator, or have yours rebuilt locally.
