Clean everything and rent a pressure tester.

If you cannot see the leak You can also get UV dye and a light at most parts stores. Run it for a few mins to circulate and pressurize then shine the light and look for the glowing dye.

Where the leak is coming from
I cleaned the hose that was leaking it stop leaking I put coolant to max level and noticed a few days later that my coolant level went under max level I checked the hose I fixed and no leak I'm hoping it's nothing serious I have no engine light no overheating

I actually fixed the leak was a hose it's not leaking but I notice now that my coolant level goes down I filled it to max checked it today and it was under the max don't smell coolant no more so I'm wondering now what can it be have no engine light nor over heating

If you have the plastic upper intake that has never been replaced it could be leaking coolant from the EGR area into the oil, or from the lower intake gaskets into the oil, assuming this is a 3800 V6.

To test for coolant in the oil, check to see if you oil level is rising. Or, does it look kind of cloudy, or milky brown. You can also put a couple drops on a hot surface. If it only smokes, it's oil. If it sizzles, there is water present. You could also put the aforementioned dye in the coolant and look for dye in the oil. Or, it could be seeping through the head gasket and getting burned. If it's just a little, you may notice no symptoms. Does it run rough on startup and then smooth out after a few seconds? If yes, that could be coolant pooling in a cylinder and causing a misfire.

I didn't notice that this is in the Encore section so disregard the 3800 references. I always think about 3800s since that's what I have. If this car has an oil cooler, also check if that could be a culprit. Those seem to be problematic, no matter the brand. But I would check the oil level and test it per above first.

I found the issue it's leaking from water pump sealer my guess is change the water pump and gasket what u think is it the water pump that's going bad or should I change just the gasket

You don't remove a water pump to change a pump gasket and Not change the pump.
