Heating issue - drivers side cold - passenger side hot

I have a 98 buick regal GS automatic temp controls with dual control zone. Yesterday it started blowing cold air out on the drivers side vents even though the heat was on. So I then tested the passenger side controls and kicked up the heat on the other side and passenger side is blowing hot air.

After some research I came to the conclusion it was the blend door actuator. So I found the replacement part online and was going to place an order.

So I read conflicting forums about the location of these actuators but they were not regal specifc. One said I could access through the glove box and another said there were some under the driver side dash. One even said they weren't interchangable sides but all the parts online do not have side specific parts for this car so I don't think it applies.

So if the driver side is blowing cold air where would I find this actuator to replace it? It looks pretty easy to replace from some picture I found but I just need to locate it.
