Help HVAC issue

So I have a new ac compressor new ac lines just changed both blend door actuators ac/heater blower motor sqeeks like hell but still works and the air very faintly comes through the mid vents when it’s set to mid and pretty much only comes through the defrost however when I turn ac on the passenger side does blow cold so I’m not sure what the issue is now as I’ve replaced pretty much the entire HVAC system unless I’m missing something

There's 3 different HVAC designs (CJ3) (C60) (CJ2) for this year Regal 1999, but all 3 use a vacuum system, has the vacuum portions of the HVAC been checked.

Also the actuators may need to be calibration or go through a relearn process. Below is link on instructions that may be helpful.
