Help, I Want To Replace My Side Doors' Plastic Pillar Covers (see pic)

Hi, I have two plastic door pillars where the trim has separated, and I want to replace them. I "think" that there are screws under the window rubber weather stripping. So I don't destroy something, are there any videos or instructions on how to replace the two of them? How do I access the screws? What steps do I need to take to pull the weather stripping back so I can reach the screws?
