I have a 2007 Lucerne 4.6l no crank no start I replaced the fuel pump 8 months ago to fix this problem. When I turn the key to on everything comes on that should except the fuel gauge does not move and I have a warning light saying low fuel and tire pressure warning light as well. The day before it wouldn't start I was driving and i got a stable link light,ABS light and tire warning light as well. Are these issues related.I checked the battery its good it has a new alternator too. Had two front tires replaced a couple weeks ago they said i need a new tmps on the the right front but not to worry about it and the warning light will just stay on.
What should I do
Thank You
Denny

What is the exact battery voltage?
Did you check for a starter relay and temporarily swap it with another one?

As MelsRegal mentioned check the charging system and battery as those items can cause problems. Check if the warnings are real or phantom with a scan as a low or failure in the charging system can also cause random warnings to appear.

The other item is the rear seat fuse box, more common on 08 and above, but something to check if has any damage. The front underhood fuse box also contains a start relay that you may want to check.

Ok I rechecked the battery my voltmeter reads 12.25. I switch fuel pump and starter relays around everything is fine their.Rear seat fuses are good as well.
Really appreciate the help

Battery voltage @ 12.25v, that is nearly dead as a door nail! 🙁

Really I'll be getting off the hook easy then and replace the battery what should the voltmeter read then?
Thank You

the alternator was replaced by a shop that advised me to bc of the no start and loss of power while driving. I try to do my own repairs when i can
that repair was year ago

ok my lucerne out of nowhere began starting and running for the the last five days, but I'm still getting stability and traction warning lights
while driving and they are frequent, now back in the driveway No Crank No start again everything comes on when the key is on except the fuel gauge if i let it sit it will eventually start apparently the fuel pump is not always communicating with the car/computer would be my guess but how is this fixed

Have the battery load tested, alternator while it was replaced can still go bad so have it tested, check battery + & - cables at battery and end connections. Check the connections on the fuel pump and confirm they are clean and tight. ABS and stability track could be a wheel hub sensor, connections or low brake fluid. Check the underhood fuse box for the start relay and fuse are clean and secure. Check the PCM harness and connector.

Getting a professional scan may be something to consider with the number of issues it could help with identifying the problem(s) if the other items suggested do not work out.

I bought a $60 scanner and hooked it up bc there is a engine light on with the no start it came back with no codes Had the battery tested its ok so I will check PCM and connections I have considered reinstalling the fuel pump but I will at least check it as well. Already checked the relays.
Thank You for your input

This may not be the answer but should be considered as a electrical short can be anywhere in the system and no way to know over a forum exactly where.
