Help with Full Rear Brake replacement (New Calipers, pads & rotors) 2015 Buick Encore

Hi all! I just did a full front brake (calipers, rotors & pads) replacement & attempting to do the same for the rear brakes.
Issue I ran into is finding videos showing the removal & reinstall of the e-brake cable for this model. Anyone have any experience w/ THIS type for the 2015 Encore Convenience? Thanks!

Did you figure out how to remove the cable? I can't find any information on it.
