Help with issue

So I have an issue where my air won’t change what vents it goes through no matter what mode it’s on it slightly comes out middle vents but mostly comes out the defrost and floor vents and it even comes out outside of the car where the cabin air filter goes in I fixed a vacuum Leak so it gets vacuum to the little climate control vacuum control valve located down by the blower motor but it doesn’t get vacuum to any of the actuators but when I change which direction I want the air to come out at you can hear the climate control vacuum control valve click like it’s engaging if anyone knows what the issue is I would greatly appreciate it I’ve been fighting this issue for a while and can’t seem to find a fix for it and it’s gonna be in the 90s and I’d like some air

Blend door issues. Could be a stripped plastic gear. Get down there with a flashlight and observe the operation. You'll probably have to remove some under dash covers to gain access. Sounds like you're on the right track. Someone else should be chiming in soon.

Both blend door actuators work when changing temp the vent actuators are controlled by vacuum however the issue is im getting vacuum to the vacuum control valve but it’s not making it to the actuators

Here's the two systems for your year, on the vacuum actuators the diaphragm may be the problem if damaged. The other item are the vacuum hoses and connection points can be damaged or cracked, this is generally areas to check and at least to confirm operating properly.

The one I have has the climate control vacuum control valve mounted by the blower motor under passenger side dash one purple vacuum line runs from a box in the middle where the vacuum line from the engine runs to both those work the issue comes where the purple line meets the climate control vacuum control valve as that’s the part that has all the other vacuum lines running to the actuators when you change the mode on the climate control you can hear it click but the air doesn’t change what vents the airs coming through and the vacuum actuators dont work I have an automatic climate control system the airs blowing out the middle vents the floor vents the defrost vents and even outside where the cabin air filter is by the windshield wipers
