This is a easy one. A few days ago I removed the turn signal/cruse combo switch, multi purpose switch. Installed the new one today. I need help finding the plug for the female 4 pin cruise control connector. I know, just extend the wire harness and it’ll show where to plug in the male side of the cruise control plug. So far it’s not working for me. I’ve searched till I’m blue in the face and can’t find the female connector for the 4 wire plug. My 74 years may force me to turn in my shade tree mechanic card.

This video should help. Make sure you compliment him on his interior.

Thanks for the reply. That's not a bad video on the actual switch removal. However the Park Avenue switch has a different plug set than the one he shows on his customers car. Ours isn't held in with a screw, it's retained in the high upper left area under the dash with a small stainless clip. Easiest way to find it is to just work the main (largest) bundle of wires out of the multifunction switch. It's really not that hard to remove and replace. Just takes a bit of patience and finesse. Also, this is the second time I've done this little job, you don't have to remove the steering wheel. It's possible to work the top half of the two piece cover out with a couple of screwdrivers that you use to walk the top piece out of its position on the steering wheel side.
