HELP!?

Hey all! My 2006 Lacrosse is burning coolant. It literally went through an entire tank in a month! There are no visible leaks externally or internally. The heater is not working. The car is NOT overheating.
Really can’t afford to take it in to a shop right now so I’m hoping someone may be able to help.

Rent a pressure tester to see if there is a external leak.
Buy a cooling system hydrocarbon test kit to see if you have a blown head gasket?
