I guess I'd have to see it in person but from the pictures I don't like it. I see the Cruze profile in there around the side front doors and windows which doesn't help it at all. Thumbs down until I see it in person.

I honestly do not care for the side view from the B-pillar back. Roofline and trunk lid lines have Kia-esque feel to me. Or Civic. A bit disappointing compared to recent Buick design efforts IMHO.

EDIT... just came to me. That rear quarter view hints at an old Ford Escort. Not being sarcastic... hope it is just bad angle or photo

Also need to see it (and the interior) in person. I wouldn't be surprised if we see the 1.6L engine coming with the Cascada, but 1.5L engines are used in China for tax purposes, as 1500 cc is a tax increment break. This is why Ford added a 1.5L EcoBoost engine to the 1.6L which is designed for European tax structures. Looks like GM is doing the same thing.
