Bought car recently, headlight worked at first, then flickered some, then went out - left headlight only, low and high beam out. Replaced bulb with OEM, check current to ballast wiring, 12 volt okay. Replaced ballast, still nothing. had checked fuse for right HID bulb; now replaced headlight relay as well. Still doesn't light
