How to install new front sway bar bushings?

Hi,
It seems like an easy thing but my new bushings I got from rockauto for 91 PA are quite different than the old ones which are so deformed. The new ones have some of kind nub on one side.
It seems to go easy vertically but I'm not sure if this is the right orientation for it and would appreciate any input:
(Longer part of bracket towards trans and short the engine)

Hello Dan, there is a definite flat side on your new bushing, if the frame rail is flat there I would use that as my guide. Regards, Bert

Rear ones like this:

If i had to guess, WITH hd would be F41 RPO code, without would be FE1 or FE3 rpo. Im just guessing.

Thank you guys for the input. I mounted the bushing yesterday and it actually went the way I initially thought. Under the dirt on the frame there was a dent for the little nub and it compressed nicely.
