Ive taken the engine apart on my 96 century because the intake gasket went, and in order to put the new gasket in I need to remove the pushrods. I bought a special tool off Amazon that lifts the rocker arms so you can take the pushrods out, and it worked for 6 of them, but the other 6 didn't work, the rocker arms wouldn't lift far enough. I'm kinda stumped now, and I'm taking a little break from it for the night. Anybody have any suggestions?

Did you rotate the engine assembly to get the valves in the close position?

Sorry for the late reply. I ended up just buying a new torque wrench so I could take the rocker arms off, but I should have tried turning the crank instead. I found out after I had put the engine all back together that it's seized. Kind of a bummer, I'm just going to look for a lower km engine now as I don't want to completely rebuild the engine. Thanks for your reply though

Hopefully you will be able to locate one a good used one, to bad on your current engine.
