Install oem keyless entry?

Anyone here know or have installed an oem keyless entry system into a 89-90 Buick Electra that originally didn’t come with it?
Was it difficult? Oddly enough I found an old remote for a Buick Electra Park Avenue. So just curious…if I were to find the transmitter and remainder of the system if it could be retro fitted behind the dash like factory. Thanks guys!

transmitter needs to match the receiver
And if the 1990 olds 88 i have i know which was bad I could prob lol
