Intake manifold gaskets

Buick Ownership
1999 buick century
Replaced intake gaskets with kit .
Took the injectors out cleaned replaced seals etc . Took out rocker arms ,put back . There was water in the oil so we cleaned everything changed oil filters etc .put back together wont start .
Cranks no start ? Help ??????
 
You have to check for anything you did that would effect fuel delivery or spark.
What year and engine?
 
I'd check for spark first. Also verify that you have run the plug wires right. Do you have fuel pressure? Did you have a shop manual for the rocker arm procedure?

I've had to do this job as well, and ultimately there is a lot of stuff to put back together right. Which reminds me, the pushrods are not all identical. Did you keep track of them?

You are brave to attempt those fixes...if you did it right then change oil and anti freeze and that engine can go a long time.

It's not that bad of a job, if you are into this sort of thing. I documented everything I did on page 2 of my thread, starting at post #31.
