Intellilink software update? 2019 Encore Preferred

I recently purchased a new Moto 5G 2025 android phone. I can not get Android Auto to run on my info system. I re-loaded the app, got a new data USB cord and basically started from scratch. A Auto worked (and still does) fine with my old phone (also a Moto Android phone). Is there a way to update the original software in the Intellilink system? Do dealers have an update available?
If you have or had this issue, I'd appreciate any input.

Last year I had issues with my system, mainly that SiriusXM would hang up and get stuck sometimes. It was still under the B2B warranty so they took it in and said they updated the software to the latest version, but the version number did not change when I got it back and I still have the issues. I have a 2019, same as you, so I think we're stuck with the 'latest' version...

I had a simular issue with my iphone 17. Was working fine with a iphone 2012. I ended up getting a wireless carplay adapter usb from amazon. it now connects to my 2017 envision wirelessly . i suppose you could do the same but for android
