I have had my 01 buick park Ave for maybe 6 months now. my check engine light turned on a while ago but got it checked out and they did a smoke and couldn't find the small exhaust leak that the code was saying there was. told me if it comes on again to bring the car back but with less gas in the tank. also it has jerked going into second gear twice for sure maybe 3 times since I have had it. the last 1 the other day and the other 1 2 moths ago. this morning when leaving work it didn't want to turn over completely to start. on the 3rd try I gave it some gas while trying to start it. it did start and the check engine light came on also. it drives fine otherwise. another thing to add and its done this since I got it; it makes like a low kinda whine/growl noise in until it get up to 20 mph, not very loud but noticeable. I have had it to the shop to replace upper gaskets and exhaust valve and they did a look over too and said all was good as they could tell. any ideas please 🙂
