2015 regal premium
looking for some guidance --- recently purchased a 2015 regal premium -- the original key fob was beat up --- we have a local hardware store that does programming and cutting of new keys--- we bought a new fob -- both fobs worked for all functions....
Fast forward 3-4 weeks --- both fobs have intermittently worked to lock/unlock the car --- yesterday they both started NOT working at all - none of the buttons on either work --- we changed the batteries in both, no difference.
Late last night we discovered the fob worked to lock/unlock, which did not work earlier in the day....
The car does (usually) start when either fob is in the transmitter pocket....
Took the car battery to get tested yesterday and everything is good there
Now when using the key to manually unlock the car the alarm does not go off, it did yesterday morning, but not in the evening - using either key
Looking for some guidance --

I think I'd contact the place you bought the New Remotes at.
There should be some kind of warranty on them?

I had similar problems with my remotes a little while back and replacing the FOB
Batteries took care of it.
But in your case, doesn't look like that worked!
I assume they did a Load Test on the Car Battery?

Yes we went to the place we bought the remote they changed the battery and because the car will unlock when the fob is next to the door, push button on door, they said that the chip is reading it so there's nothing wrong with the fob.
The original fob that came with the cars also now not working and it was working before
Yes I believe they did a load test on the battery.

I think I'd try reprogramming the remotes again.
Here is a link with instructions and a couple videos at the end:
Reprogramming Key FOB
