Hi all--
First time poster. Just received a LaCrosse from a family member and need to install the front license plate frame. The kit comes with 4 inserts which correspond to holes in the frame and holes drilled into the bumper.
However, when I put them in, they only go about halfway because of a "collar" that is built into them. The diagram in the "instructions" (I use that term lightly) is not much help.
Any thoughts? Should I just bring to the dealer?
