LaCrosse Infotainment Screen Swap?

My 2010 CXL has the base blue text infotainment screen. Is it possible to swap out that screen for the larger, color screen (with a larger bezel also) or is the difference more than just the screen?

I thought there were threads here on that swap; take a search.

I think there are a lot more features tied to the (beautiful) color screen (e.g. USB connectivity in the arm rest, bluetooth, steering wheel controls, etc.).

Not sure if that would require additional wiring and/or a Tech2 update by a garage.

Another option is an Android radio/screen swap. Just note that the sound quality of many of those is poor.
