Looking for feedback: Dealership Service Anomaly?

Apart from the still unknown major issue with my 2018 Lacrosse another issue seems to be nearly outweighing the mechanical issue. That is the service department at the dealership. My Lacrosse has been in their diagnostics for 21 days. That is problematic. But even more of an issue is getting anyone to communicate. I call each day and cannot reach any service advisor or manager. I resort to calling the receptionist at service and she invariably comes back to me saying she is unable to reach "anyone back there" and that someone will call me either later today or tomorrow. No one ever calls. I call back, the same thing. What could be going on to cause this type of behavior? I have used this dealership three times before and the experiences have gone from excellent to this over those times.

I recently required a rebuilt transmission installed, they handled that.
 
Not sure how anybody on the internet can answer that kind of a question unless they actually have used the same dealer recently.
At this point if it was my car, I would take a trip to the dealer and ask them what is going on and make sure you see the car.
 
Call and ask for the President, I usually get resolution quickly, might as well deal with the real manager...
