Low power to 12v power wire in communications connector for the radio

Getting 9volts on the power pin for my radio harness. Had 12 volts before. The 9volts isn’t enough to power my aftermarket radio and now the factory radio won’t even turn on due to low voltage. I didn’t pull on the harness much. I’m stumpped is there any common breakage areas I should be looking for a broken wire ? Any wiring diagrams for the radio communication harness? What else would cause low voltage ?! Thanks in advance!

Is it your constant 12v line or your accessory (12v switched) line?
