Its a integration feature with the DDM (drivers door module).. The simple answer is no.

Seat was chewed up by a dog. And the frame had a crack in it.

Your best bet is to either find another seat from a truck that has the same options..
Or
Take all the parts from your old seat, and transfer them to your new seat.
Motors, wiring, etc.
