More performnce

I have a 2014 3.6l buck lacrosse and I have been looking around for parts that could give power gains, I saw something about transmission limitations, I know a little bit about the basics of the car and engine but am definitely not an expert and ultimately am unsure about what would be the best way to go about getting more power/performance while not being too hard on reliability.

If anyone could help with any info on what parts are good or knowledge about it or how to know if parts will fit that would be greatly appreciated.
