I bought a BEAUTIFUL 17 Sport Addition Cascada with 90k miles. I have changed the plugs (AC Delco 41-156) and all 4 coil packs. Car runs like a deer, and idols just fine. However after a few minutes, it sputters a bit and stalls. I ran codes and nothing came up. Re start is right away, and again purs like a kitten? What else is there?

Have you done a fuel pressure test?
I assume no check engine light?
Was it stalling when you saw it before buying it?
Did it stall before you changed things?

Thanks for the quick reply. No I haven't done a fuel test (I'll have to take it to my mechanic for that). No check engine light. Yes it acted like the above before I changed things (thought I might solve the problem by doing so), Didn't put a lot miles or time in it before I bought it (Buick Dealer).

No, with high mileage it came 'As Is'......my big mistake! It wants to keep running, but at a traffic light it drops in RPM. If I keep my foot on the pedal, just a bit, it stays purring. Almost if I could up the idle.

Just thought you all might like to know the out come. After many diagnostics, it was found to be a bad MAF sensor. Dealer wanted $188.00 plus labor to fix, I bought one on line for $34.00 and installed it myself. Car now runs great.

Did the MAF sensor that you bought for $34.00 have a place of origin on the box? It looks like it was "Made in China"@ that price? If so, order a spare, or a better one, because you will need it sooner than later!
