My screen freezes on rearview camera

I have a 2023 encore gx. My screen is stuck on my rearview camera, even when I’m driving & with the car completely off, in park, etc. Turning off the guide doesn’t help neither. I’ve had this problem a couple times before, always when it’s raining but it’s never lasted longer than 2 minutes. It’s been like this for about 20 minutes now. Anyone else dealing with this? Any ideas on how to fix it? If I can’t I will be contacting the dealer tomorrow.
