I should have explained more. This is the first page of my ABS Module Saga of years past. To me, it's a must-read for anyone having trouble with their 2003-2005 BPAU's ABS/EBTCM Module. I was able to find a number-matching unit from a one-owner BPAU in a salvage yard. There is a wealth of information as I rebuilt the entire braking system. All my work has held up 100% these last several years. Just got new tires on her and the tire shop was fully impressed with the condition of the vehicle. Both above, and below. Hope this helps.
Hello all!
2003 Park Ave Ultra. ABS & Brake light staying on.
Vehicle runs and drives fine save for these lights remaining on.
I only have an old ODB2 code reader from circa 2001.
I have been looking into upgrading to a good modern scan tool/code reader.
The market is very saturated with these tools all made by these dicey Chinese manufacturers.
Hard to find the right scanner.
I have two older vehicles:
2003 Buick Park Ave Ultra
2005 Dodge Ram 2500
Would you be so kind as to recommend (from your experience) a good scanner tool for these older vehicles listed?
I would like to be able...
